A Zvishavane businessman has been slapped with a $210 maintenance after he was dragged to court by his ex-wife for neglecting his 13 year old son.
Gracian Mlambo took Maxwell Shoko, who owns a furniture shop in the mining town to court after he failed to take care of his son for the past two years.
Mlambo told the court that she has been solely responsible for their son’s welfare for the past 2 years.
Shoko produced proof of his earnings to the court and Zvishavane magistrate Archie Wochiunga ordered that he pays a $210 monthly maintenance.
