The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) Chairperson Justice Priscilla Chigumba says about 100 000 registered voters will not be able to cast their ballot in the 2018 harmonised elections due to irregularities in their voter details.
Speaking at a press conference in Harare yesterday, Justice Chigumba said those on the exclusion list will only be able to vote in the 2023 elections.
Justice Chigumba also announced that the voters roll has been availed to the public and will be given to candidates once the full list of the candidates has been gazetted.
The first copy of the voters roll was handed to a registered voter Mr Bruce Nyoni representing people living with disabilities.
