Celebrations and mourning for the late doctor Oliver Mutukudzi continue with the country’s political leaders including President Emerson Mnangagwa and MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa converged paying tribute to the fallen national hero.
The late ‘Tuku ‘s body was yesterday flown to the national sports stadium where scores of people from all works of life had time to pay their last respect before laying him to rest today at his kopje home at Madziva in Mashonaland central.
Addressing mourners yesterday , President Mnangagwa urged family members to be united maintain the legacy and desist from fighting for the possessions left by the late.
MDC alliance leader, Nelson Chamisa hailed great works left by the late music icon.
Meanwhile YAFM radio station took the opportunity to celebrate the life of the late Tuku with listeners at Pote Central in Zvishavane where they played his music as well as giving out presents as send off to the lengend..
