Production remains at Halt at Falcon Gold Mine in Shurugwi for six months now as acrimonious row between employees and authorities continue over salary dues and poor working conditions.
The Mine authority Mr Emmanuel Tarume told great Dyke news last year that the mine was facing production challenges and is owing huge amounts to ZINWA and ZESA who in turn disconnected their services.
Great Dyke news spoke to some employees who spoke on conditions of anonymity indicating that they have gone for about six months without salaries and the mine continue sitting on its promises .
The mine which employs approximately 600 workers have some of its employees contracts terminated after a long industrial action which took place late last year.
